Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to order, email us at Noctivcontact@gmail.com and we’ll let you know if we can help.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum.

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During promotions or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Carriers & tracking

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we’re not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Subscription shipments

If you’re on a subscription, your orders ship automatically on the schedule you chose — every 4 weeks for the 30-Day plan, or every 12 weeks for the 90-Day plan. You can manage, pause, skip, or reschedule upcoming shipments anytime (see our Subscription Policy). Changes made at least 24 hours before your next billing date will apply to that upcoming order.

Digital Welcome Kit

Your Welcome Kit bonuses are digital and are delivered to the email address used at checkout — no shipping required. If you don’t see them, check your spam folder or contact us.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we’ll always try to help.

Undeliverable or returned packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply) or a refund of the product cost.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your order, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at Noctivcontact@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
