Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Noctiv. Try it for up to 90 days from the date your order ships. If you don’t feel the difference, email us at Noctivcontact@gmail.com for a full refund of the purchase price — you don’t even need to return opened or empty bottles. The risk is on us, not you.

Eligibility

The guarantee covers the price you paid for your Noctiv product (excluding any shipping charges already incurred, where applicable). It applies to your first order of a given plan. To qualify, please request your refund within the 90-day window and from the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order.

How to request a refund

Email Noctivcontact@gmail.com with: (1) your order number, (2) the email or name used at checkout, and (3) a sentence on what didn’t work for you (optional, but it helps us improve). We’ll confirm by email, usually within 1–2 business days.

How refunds are issued

Once approved, we refund your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. After we process it, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account — this is outside our control. We’ll always email you when a refund has been issued.

One-time orders

One-time purchases are covered by the same 90-day guarantee described above.

Subscriptions

The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription order. For ongoing subscriptions, you can cancel, pause, or skip at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges (see our Subscription Policy). If a renewal order has already been placed, contact us within a reasonable time and we’ll review a refund or replacement case-by-case — we want you to be happy.

Digital Welcome Kit

The Welcome Kit bonuses are delivered digitally and are yours to keep, even if you request a refund on your Noctiv order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at Noctivcontact@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo if possible, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you can’t find it, please check with your household and neighbors and contact your local carrier first. If it still can’t be located, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change what you ordered is to request a refund on your current order (per this policy) and place a new order for what you’d like instead.

Chargebacks

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first — we’ll almost always make it right faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
