How Subscribe & Save works

Noctiv offers optional “Subscribe & Save” plans so you stay consistent and never run out — which is exactly how Noctiv is designed to work. Subscribing locks in a lower price and delivers Noctiv on a recurring schedule until you cancel.

Plans

  • 30-Day Supply — one bottle, billed and shipped every 4 weeks.
  • 90-Day Supply — a 90-day supply, billed and shipped every 12 weeks at the lowest per-bottle price.

You can also buy Noctiv as a one-time purchase with no subscription.

Billing & automatic renewal

When you start a subscription, you authorize Noctiv to automatically charge your payment method on file for the subscription price, on the recurring schedule you selected, until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew and we will continue to charge your payment method on that schedule until you cancel. Your price and billing frequency are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

When you’re charged

Your first charge happens when you place your order. After that, you’re charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle (every 4 or 12 weeks, depending on your plan).

Managing your subscription

You’re always in control. From your account — or by emailing Noctivcontact@gmail.com — you can at any time:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Pause or skip an upcoming shipment
  • Change your delivery frequency or plan
  • Update your payment method or shipping address

To make sure a change applies to your next order, please make it at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, with no fees and no penalties. Cancellation stops all future charges and shipments; it does not automatically refund an order that has already been placed (see our Refund Policy, including the 90-day money-back guarantee).

Failed payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge over the following days and email you to update your payment method. If we’re unable to process payment, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

Price & plan changes

If we change subscription pricing or terms, we’ll notify you in advance as required by law, and you’ll have the chance to cancel before the change takes effect.
